Robina State School is buzzing with Olympic Fever.
In the lead up to the Games the AOC invited students from Australian schools to produce a piece of art work that would be hung in Australian athlete’s rooms in the Olympic Village in Beijing to show them that we were supporting them in their quest for excellence.
7T students took up the challenge and sent a bundle of artistic masterpieces through to the AOC. We are very excited to say that we have just received postcards with thank you messages from: 3 members of the Australian soccer team including Kristian Sarkies and Mark Milligan, Brad Pitt (Boxing), Kristie-Ann Ryder (Judo), Angie Lambert (Hockeyroos),Jane Waller (Archery) and Chantal Meek (Kayak flatwater)
